Brazil’s real estate sector turns to AI to attract buyers and speed sales

Brazil’s real estate companies are using AI to attract buyers and speed up sales.

MRV says buying a home in Brazil takes an average of 13 to 15 months or more.

Companies are using AI to sort potential buyers into smaller groups so they can send them more relevant information.

The technology can also help train real estate agents, many of whom come from other fields and may not know much about property finance.

OLX says AI can suggest suitable property prices and analyse searches to identify what kinds of homes people want.

It can also power a virtual agent that answers customer requests around the clock.

These tools aim to make sales more efficient, but the companies have not said how much they have shortened the buying process.
