Saudi Arabia requires shared housing for firms with over 20 targeted workers

Employers cannot meet the requirement by paying a housing allowance to workers in the covered professions.
For workers in other professions, employers may provide housing or pay an allowance instead.
Covered housing must meet technical and health standards intended to provide a safe, healthy place to live.
