Disney Cruise Line to Replace Palo Set Dinners With À La Carte Menus

Disney Cruise Line is replacing set dinners with à la carte menus at its adults-only Palo restaurants.

The change begins October 22, 2026, and will roll out across the fleet over several days.

Palo, Palo Steakhouse and Palo Trattoria serve Northern Italian food on Disney ships.

The restaurants are for guests aged 18 and older, and reservations are required.

Platinum and Pearl Castaway Club members keep a $55 per-person credit for dinner under the new menu.

The credit does not apply to brunch, and guests pay for drinks, gratuities and costs above the credit.

The change gives diners a choice of individual dishes instead of a set dinner menu.

Members will receive more details by SeaMail, and reservations can be checked or changed online up to three days before sailing.
