Kim Da-mi and Jo Bo-ah to lead Tving series about assassins
Tving will release The Obedient Killer next year, starring South Korean actors Kim Da-mi and Jo Bo-ah.
The noir action series follows Go Dal-bun, an ordinary woman who joins a suspicious organization after her divorce in an effort to get her daughter back.
Kim plays Go, who takes on the code name Miss Go after once dreaming of a conventional family life.
Jo Bo-ah plays Miss Lee, the team leader, while Jo A-ram plays Miss Gye, the group’s mood-maker.
Kim Jae-wook appears as a secretive manager, and Nam Yoon-su plays a rookie detective.
The story combines a family goal with a dangerous new job, and the series is directed by Lee Jung-heum, with Joo Hwa-mi writing the script and Kang Eun-kyung as creator.
