Court gives Palmeiras 10 days to disclose Allan transfer documents

A São Paulo court gave Palmeiras 10 days to provide documents on the sale of midfielder Allan to Manchester City.

The order covers contracts and related records showing how payments from the transfer are handled.

Figueirense is due a share of the transfer money under an agreement with Palmeiras, as well as a bonus if Allan was sold.

The case stems from an unpaid 2018 loan to Figueirense, whose debt was later acquired by M&F Investimentos.

Three creditors are seeking money linked to Figueirense’s share, including M&F and Athletico Paranaense.

The Palmeiras has said other creditors also sought to block the funds, and the club was asked to avoid paying Figueirense directly.

The court’s next step is to review the transfer documents as the dispute over the money continues.
