Dafne Keen Says She Was Offered Cocaine at Wrap Parties as a Child

Dafne Keen says she was offered cocaine at wrap parties when she was about 11 to 13, while working as a child actor.

She recalled the experience on the Inside of You podcast and said it put her off drinking and drugs.

Keen prefers to go out sober, though she enjoys music, dancing and being with people.

As a teenager, she sometimes pretended she had already taken something to avoid pressure to drink.

Keen was 11 when she won the role of X-23 in Logan, after auditioning against Millie Bobby Brown.

She said she had expected Brown to get the part, but the role became Keen’s breakout and she later returned as X-23 in Deadpool & Wolverine.

Hugh Jackman helped protect her on the Logan set, giving her advice and making sure her working hours were respected.
