Romain Vivien to Lead Believe’s Three Global Regions

Romain Vivien to Lead Believe’s Three Global Regions

Believe has expanded Romain Vivien’s leadership role at the French music company.

He will continue overseeing its global recorded music activities and now directly lead its EMEA, Americas and APAC regions.

The change follows Believe’s appointment of Adriana Sein as Americas president and promotion of Viktoria Siniavskaia to EMEA president; Sylvain Delange remains president of APAC.

The new structure is part of Believe’s five-year From Access to Success plan, which aims to make the company a global artist-development business supported by technology.

Vivien will also drive strategic partnerships, with support from Bahamonde Bourgain and Brian Miller.

Believe says the regional setup is intended to bring decisions closer to local markets and improve accountability as it focuses on artist success.
