UCO investigates former judge’s actions against Badajoz magistrate
Spain’s Civil Guard is investigating former magistrate Luis Sáenz de Tejada’s actions against judge Beatriz Biedma in Badajoz.
Biedma says she has faced harassment since opening an investigation in 2024 into David Sánchez, the brother of Spain’s prime minister.
