Quique Sánchez Flores helped restore order and belief at Atlético Madrid

Atlético Madrid was struggling when Quique Sánchez Flores became coach in 2009.

He first focused on defensive order and team positions, then helped the players regain confidence.

Atlético went on to win the Europa League, beating Fulham 2-1 in the final.

The team also won the UEFA Super Cup the following season.
