Chad Lowe and Family Attend Nephew’s Wedding After Daughter’s Death
Actor Chad Lowe attended his nephew Matthew Lowe’s wedding in Santa Barbara, California, with his wife, Kim Painter, and daughters Mabel and Nixie.
Matthew, the son of Chad’s brother Rob Lowe and Sheryl Berkoff, married Emily Markus on October 10.
The gathering was the family’s first public appearance since Chad and Painter’s 13-year-old daughter Fiona died by suicide.
The family said Fiona was deeply loved and asked for privacy as they grieved.
Mabel had also shared a tribute to her sister, saying she would honor her memory.
The wedding brought members of the extended family together, along with other guests.
No further plans related to the family’s public appearances were reported.
