Jannik Sinner to play in postponed Six Kings Slam in December

Jannik Sinner is set to return to competition at the Six Kings Slam in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from 27 to 30 December.

The 25-year-old Italian has been out since injuring his knee at Wimbledon in July and had said he would not play again in 2026.

The exhibition was moved from October because of security concerns after an attack on Riyadh's international airport killed 13 people.

The event is not part of the ATP Tour, and Sinner has won its previous two editions, beating Carlos Alcaraz in both finals.

He is scheduled to face Alex de Minaur, with Novak Djokovic and Alcaraz among the other players in the field.

Sinner's return remains subject to his recovery, and the sources do not say whether he will play the Australian Open in January.
