Katılımevim customers’ payment terms to stay the same after transfer
A planned transfer involving Katılımevim and Birevim is still underway in Turkey.
Emlak Katılım applied to the Competition Authority on September 30 over the transfer.
Katılımevim customers’ existing contracts will not change, including the number and amount of their instalments.

More than 50,000 contract holders are expected to continue paying under their current terms after the transfer is complete.
Katılımevim will keep its name, while its branches will add the phrase “an Emlak Katılım subsidiary.”
