South Korea’s presidential office sets up anonymous feedback channel

South Korea’s presidential office has set up an anonymous channel for staff feedback.

Called the “Bitter Truth Mailbox,” it is available through the office’s internal network and at two office buildings.

Staff can use it to share views regardless of their rank.

Only Chief of Staff Lim Kwang-hyun can read submissions.

Lim ordered the channel on October 15, saying the presidential office must take public warnings seriously.

The new system gives staff a way to raise concerns without identifying themselves.

The sources do not say how often submissions will be reviewed or what action will follow.
