Le Graal acquires Masseria Torre Coccaro and its beach club in Puglia

Le Graal has acquired Masseria Torre Coccaro and Coccaro Beach Club in Savelletri, near Fasano in Italy's Puglia region.

The luxury hospitality brand was founded by entrepreneur Fabrizio Di Amato through his investment company, Maire Investments.

The historic five-star property began as a farmhouse in the 16th century and includes rooms, villas, restaurants and spa facilities.

The deal also includes a nearby private beach club with a seaside terrace, restaurant and lounge bar.

The acquisition expands Le Graal's Italian portfolio, which already includes properties in Rome, Cortina d’Ampezzo and Desenzano on Lake Garda.

The property will keep its name and identity, with Le Graal planning a gradual integration that respects its history and maintains operational continuity.

The company says it will develop the guest experience while preserving the property's character, with the aim of supporting local economic development.
