Netflix’s Manifest Spin-Off Is Set to Begin Filming in 2027
Netflix is expanding the Manifest story with a spin-off called Arrivals: A New Manifest Mystery.
The original NBC series followed passengers on a flight from Jamaica to New York who landed more than five years after they had taken off and were presumed dead.
NBC cancelled Manifest in 2021 after three seasons, and Netflix later revived it.
The show built a loyal audience, giving Netflix a reason to continue its fictional world.
Jeff Rake returns as a co-creator and executive producer, alongside Margaret Easley and Laura Putney, who worked on the original series.
Filming is scheduled in Vancouver from January to June 2027.
The available information does not say when the spin-off will be released or what its story will involve.
