OHLA shareholders to vote on one-for-ten share consolidation in November

OHLA has called an extraordinary shareholder meeting for 16 November, with a second date of 17 November if the required attendance is not met.

The infrastructure group will hold the meeting entirely online.

Shareholders will vote on a one-for-ten share consolidation, exchanging every ten existing shares for one newly issued share.

The change would raise each share’s nominal value from 0.25 euros to 2.50 euros.

The meeting will also consider two board appointments: re-electing María Luz Medrano and appointing Maria Eugenia Sidaoui as directors.

Shareholders will also be asked to authorize OHLA to buy its own shares, directly or through companies in its group.

The proposals will take effect only if shareholders approve them at the meeting.
