Ferrari unveils blueprint-style livery for United States Grand Prix

Ferrari has unveiled a one-off livery for this weekend’s United States Grand Prix in Austin, Texas.

The design will appear on the team’s cars at the Circuit of the Americas.

Sketches and blueprint-style illustrations cover parts of the car, including the engine cover and area around the air intake.

Ferrari and title partner HP say the design reflects the creative and engineering work that turns an idea into a race car.

Ferrari’s design team adapted the artwork to the car’s complex surfaces and aerodynamic needs, using HP printing technology.

The livery is part of a weekend when four Formula 1 teams are using special designs.

Ferrari will race with the new look at the United States Grand Prix this weekend.
