Russian data centres must reserve 10% of capacity for state use
Vladimir Putin has ordered Russian private data centres to reserve 10% of their capacity for state use.

The Ministry of Digital Development will assess data centre capacity and set operating standards.
The order comes as Russian digital infrastructure faces pressure, including attacks that disrupted three Yandex data centres in October.
