DP World Tour to deny 2027 membership to players who join LIV Golf
The DP World Tour says golfers who sign up to play on LIV Golf in 2027 will not be allowed to join its circuit that year.
The DP World Tour is the European-based circuit, and players must be members to be eligible for Europe's Ryder Cup team.
In previous seasons, some LIV players received permission to compete on both tours.
Tour chief executive Guy Kinnings says players must now choose and follow the tour's rules.
LIV's future is uncertain after Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund withdrew its support, but the league has secured a possible $300 million in funding for a relaunch.
Jon Rahm has said he will not continue with LIV, while other players are still weighing their options.
