Royal Caribbean raises 2026 earnings outlook after strong third quarter

Royal Caribbean raises 2026 earnings outlook after strong third quarter

Royal Caribbean Group reported strong third-quarter results for the three months ending September 2026.

Revenue reached $5.6 billion, up 9% from a year earlier, while adjusted earnings were $6.57 per share.

The company said strong demand, especially for late-booked trips, helped results beat its own guidance.

It also reported lower costs, partly because some expenses shifted into the fourth quarter.

Royal Caribbean raised its full-year adjusted earnings forecast to $17.85–$17.95 per share, while noting higher fuel costs and currency rates.

The company said bookings for 2027 are ahead of historical levels and at higher prices.

The updated outlook gives investors a higher earnings target as the company heads into the rest of 2026.
