Udta Teer earns Rs 2.65 crore in India on Wednesday

Ayushmann Khurrana’s spy comedy Udta Teer earned Rs 2.65 crore in India on Wednesday, according to estimates.

The film, directed by Aakash Kaushik, stars Khurrana as Vikrant, also known as Bilal Ahmed, alongside Sara Ali Khan.

After six days in cinemas, its India net total stood at Rs 28.65 crore, while its estimated worldwide gross reached Rs 42.68 crore.

Wednesday’s India collection was down 18.5% from Tuesday’s Rs 3.25 crore, showing a weekday slowdown after stronger weekend business.

The film had mixed audience reception, and an earlier estimate said it needed stronger trends to improve its box-office prospects.

Its performance in the coming days will shape its eventual box-office total, but no final total is available yet.

Box-office figures are estimates and may change as more data is updated.
