Minami-ke Season 5 Sets April 2027 Premiere
Minami-ke is getting a fifth TV anime season, with a teaser visual and trailer now released.
The series is based on Koharu Sakuraba’s Japanese manga, which has been serialized since 2004.
It follows sisters Haruka, Kana and Chiaki Minami, alongside a wider cast of characters.
The new season is scheduled to premiere in April 2027.
Studio LIDENFILMS is animating it, with Junichi Kitamura directing and Takamitsu Kono handling series composition.
The cast will reprise their roles, including Rina Sato, Marina Inoue and Minori Chihara as the three Minami sisters.
The previous season, Minami-ke: Tadaima., was released in 2013, so the new series continues the anime after a long gap.
The fifth Minami-ke TV anime, titled Minami-ke Korekara, is set to premiere in April 2027.
