Rangers draw 2-2 with Dundee after late error costs them points

Rangers drew 2-2 with Dundee at Dens Park in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday.

Rangers arrived after seven straight wins and could have moved to the top of the table with a victory.

Bradley Fink put Dundee ahead, but Badredine Bouanani equalised before half-time and Nicolas Raskin gave Rangers the lead after the break.

Dan Neil's mishit backpass let Callum Jones equalise and earn Dundee a point.

Rangers manager Derek McInnes said the mistake disrupted his team's momentum, while acknowledging that Dundee had played well in the first half.

The draw leaves Rangers short of a chance to go top, and Celtic can extend their lead to four points if they beat Hearts on Sunday.
