Modern Warfare 4 labels Halloween mode as non-MilSim content

Infinity Ward added a “Non-MilSim Content” warning to a new Modern Warfare 4 mode before players search for a match.

The Halloween-themed mode, called Possession, lets players take over the character they last killed, teleport to that character’s last location and use their loadout.

The label signals that the mode does not fit the game’s usual grounded military look and tone.
