STJ to review Flamengo and Denílson image-rights dispute
Brazil’s Superior Court of Justice will review a dispute between Flamengo and former player Denílson on November 3.
The claim is brought by Best Football Ltda., a company linked to Denílson, over image rights from his time at the club.
Denílson played for Flamengo in 2000, on loan from Spain’s Real Betis, making 17 appearances and scoring four goals.
