Dark Reading names a new editor-in-chief after 20 years

Dark Reading, a publication covering cybersecurity, has named a new editor-in-chief.

The change comes as the publication marks 20 years in operation.

The incoming editor began writing for Dark Reading in 2012 and says the publication will continue covering cybersecurity news and analysis.

The editor will work with managing editor Tara Seals to guide its editorial direction and operations.

The publication plans to cover emerging issues including AI-driven attacks, cyber warfare and supply chain vulnerabilities.

It also says it will continue offering podcasts, features and events to connect people in the cybersecurity community.

The new leadership says it will maintain its existing coverage while testing new formats.
