Turkey opens applications for KOSGEB business development support
Turkey’s small-business agency, KOSGEB, has opened applications for business development support from 12 to 31 October 2026.
The updated Entrepreneur Support Program has three parts: business start-up support, business development support and a financing-cost subsidy.
Business development support covers costs such as staff, equipment, software and some professional services, and is aimed at businesses in selected sectors including manufacturing and technology.
It covers 80% of eligible costs, up to 2.25 million lira, with an additional 250,000 lira for eligible entrepreneurs who are young, women, disabled, veterans or first-degree relatives of martyrs.
The support is repayable, not a grant; repayments start 12 months after the 24-month program period ends, with no interest or commission.
KOSGEB will assess applications and select projects, with support going to the highest-ranked 500 nationally and the top three in each province.
Applications are submitted through KOSGEB’s online services using e-Devlet, and not every applicant will receive support.
