Lando Norris-backed LN4 Fusion secures Formula 2 place for 2027

Lando Norris’s LN4 Fusion team has secured a place in Formula 2 from 2027.

The team will race under an Italian licence and compete in the series, which is a key step on the path to Formula 1.

It replaces AIX Racing, while the other 10 teams from the current lineup will return for the 2027–29 cycle.

Each of the 11 teams will field two drivers, so the grid will remain at 22 cars.

Norris co-founded LN4 Fusion to support young drivers aiming to progress through the racing ranks.

The team has not yet announced its F2 drivers, and the new cycle will also feature a revised car.

LN4 Fusion will now prepare to join the championship in 2027.
