Jessica Biel says she feels like herself again after 11 years of motherhood

Jessica Biel said becoming a mother changed how her body felt.

She said it took 11 years to feel like herself again.

That helped shape her decision to take an action role in Matchbox: The Movie.

She also said her children were part of why the role felt right.
