Harfoots Will Return in The Rings of Power Season 3
The Harfoots will return in Season 3 of Prime Video’s The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, co-showrunner Patrick McKay said.
They may appear less than they did in the first two seasons, as the show narrows its focus.
The season centres on Sauron forging the One Ring, with that storyline intended to connect the season’s different plots.
At the end of Season 2, Harfoots Nori and Poppy left with the Stoors to seek a new home after the Dark Wizard destroyed their canyon.
Season 3 picks up five years later and follows the war to stop Sauron from forging the Ring and binding its peoples to his will.
The first four episodes premiere November 11, 2026; two more arrive on November 18, and the final two on November 25.
How much the Harfoots appear, and how their story connects to the main conflict, remains unclear.

What people are saying
We have not written out the Harfoots [from Season 3]
They'll be back maybe sooner than you think.
It's the season where Sauron forges the One Ring, and we wanted that to unify every single storyline.
