Strike in Khmelnytskyi damages 85% of goods at Epicentr warehouse

A drone attack struck an Epicentr logistics complex in Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine, according to the company.

Epicentr said about 85% of the stored goods were damaged or destroyed.

The company said the site was hit by ten drone attacks in one day.

The warehouse stored and sorted goods and handled orders and deliveries for the retail chain.

Epicentr said its large distribution centres in Kyiv and Kyiv region had also been destroyed, making the Khmelnytskyi site one of its last major logistics hubs.

The damage could disrupt the company’s logistics network, and Epicentr said rebuilding it may take years.
