Stew Young wins Langford mayoral rematch with 64.1% of vote
Stew Young won Langford’s mayoral election in the British Columbia city, defeating incumbent Scott Goodmanson with 64.1% of the vote.

Young said he plans to seek advice from residents and businesses as he works with the new council, but the sources do not give a specific next step or timeline.

What people are saying
get Langford back on track again.
What I want to do is make sure that we build what’s best for Langford. We move Langford forward, and basically, I got four or eight years left to do this,
I’m cautiously optimistic,
I’ll accept whatever happens. I’m really appreciative of the support that the Langford residents gave me and I’m hoping that translates into a win for everybody.
