Actor Kim Kwang-kyu says he bought a home in Seoul after 28 years

Actor Kim Kwang-kyu says he bought a home in Seoul’s Yeonhui-dong and moved there.

He said he used a loan to help pay for the home.

He said it took 28 years to buy a home in Seoul.

In 2021, he bought an apartment in Songdo, Incheon, which was his first home.

Songdo was a long way from his work schedule in Seoul, and host Yoo Jae-suk said he understood the move.

Kim had also spoken on television about a Seoul apartment he had considered buying in 2015, whose price later rose from 1 billion won to 2.5 billion won.
