Salman Khan says he chose to remain unmarried and hopes to have children

Actor Salman Khan said he chose not to marry while speaking with host Karan Johar on Koffee With Karan Season 9.

He said he hopes to have children at some point in the future.

Khan explained that he keeps his dating life private because a person he is linked to may later marry someone else.

He said his father, Salim Khan, taught him to keep private matters out of public conversation.

Khan said he does not blame others for being unmarried, because the decision was his.

His comments came as Johar asked about marriage, relationships and whether Khan felt lonely.

Khan is next set to appear in the film Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace.
