Oklahoma State scores 34 unanswered points to beat Colorado 57-24

Oklahoma State beat Colorado 57-24 in Stillwater, Oklahoma, on Saturday after trailing at halftime.

Colorado led 24-23, but the Cowboys scored 34 unanswered points in the second half and limited the Buffaloes to 120 yards of offense.

The game turned when Colorado quarterback Isaac Wilson fumbled on the first play after halftime, setting up an Oklahoma State touchdown.

Colorado coach Deion Sanders said he did not understand why his team’s discipline in practice and daily routines did not carry over to important moments on the field.

The loss was Colorado’s fifth in a row, leaving the Buffaloes 2-5 overall and 0-4 in the Big 12.

Oklahoma State improved to 5-2 overall and 3-1 in the conference.

Colorado hosts Kansas State next Saturday, while Oklahoma State travels to Iowa State.

I really don’t understand it, because we are disciplined in every area of this program, when it comes to academics, when it comes to being somewhere on time, when it comes to wearing the proper uniform, when it comes to just your manners in the building.
