Vijayashanti Seeks Cabinet Berth, Sparking Surprise in Congress

Several Congress leaders are trying to get appointed to ministerial positions.

Vijayashanti, a former film actor and recent Congress member, has requested a cabinet position, which surprised many party members.

She was nominated to the Legislative Council despite not being very active in the campaign.

Another leader, Addanki Dayakar, also wants a cabinet position, highlighting his past work for the party.

A Member of Parliament suggested cabinet positions should be distributed to ensure equal regional representation.

The AICC in-charge is gathering information to report to the party leadership.
