Tata Motors Demerger, JLR Loan, and Leadership Changes
Tata Motors is splitting into two companies: one for commercial vehicles and one for passenger cars.
This happens October 1st.
The UK government gave JLR, which is owned by Tata, a £1.5 billion loan guarantee after a cyber attack.

Several management changes were announced with the demerger taking place, including the appointment of new CEOs and CFOs.
Production is expected to restart in October after the cyber attack.
Tata Motors' commercial vehicle business demerger becomes effective on October 1st.
