Minister Promises Tamil Nadu Temple Renovations Within Five Years
Minister S. Ramesh said Tamil Nadu temples would be renovated if TVK governs the state.
He said this work would happen during the government’s five-year term.
He also promised better facilities for people visiting the temples.
The minister visited temples in Kumbakonam to check what improvements are needed.
He inspected 12 Saivite temples and five Vaishnavite temples.
He also visited temples in Patteeswaram and Swamimalai.
The visits were connected to preparations for the Mahamaham festival.
Mahamaham is scheduled to take place in Kumbakonam in 2028.
