HCLTech spends $400 million on acquisitions in a week
HCLTech, a big tech company, recently spent $400 million on buying other companies in just one week.
This is a lot of money, but not as much as they spent in 2018 when they bought some software from IBM for $1.8 billion.
Their CEO, Vijayakumar, said after that big purchase that they wouldn't spend as much on buying other companies.
Now, they're focusing on improving their AI and data services by making these new acquisitions.
