Over One Crore Cases Settled in Karnataka Lok Adalat

In Karnataka, a big meeting called Lok Adalat helped solve over one crore cases in one day.

This meeting was held in many courts, including the High Court.

Justice Anu Sivaramana, who is in charge, said that a lot of money, around Rs 3,103 crore, was given to people as compensation.

Many different types of cases were solved, like cases about accidents, bounced cheques, and traffic fines.

Even very old cases, some over 15 years old, were settled.

Technology helped too, like when a 92-year-old woman solved a property problem using a video call.

The meeting was a big success in helping people get justice quickly.
