Jharkhand exam protest enters 24th day; talks with government pending

Many young people in a state called Jharkhand in India are very upset.

They think some government job tests were not fair.

They believe some people cheated and got jobs that should have gone to others.

So they are protesting and some are not eating food to show how serious they are.

They have been protesting for 24 days.

They want the police agency called the CBI to investigate.

They also want one big test, the JSSC-CGL exam, to be cancelled.

The government said it will cancel another test and investigate too.

But the students say they will keep protesting until all their demands are met.

A big meeting between the students and the government is planned to try to solve the problem.
