India Launches First Hybrid ENT Skill Lab in Pune
A new, special training center for future doctors who will perform ear, nose, and throat (ENT) surgeries has opened in Pune, India.
It's called the EndoPlay Skill Lab and it lets surgeons practice using both traditional tools and new, high-tech methods.
This lab has special equipment to help surgeons learn complex procedures.
It will also be used for a big international conference next year.
The goal is to help doctors learn the best ways to do surgeries, making sure patients get the best care possible.
Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College inaugurated a hybrid ENT skill lab.
The EndoPlay Skill Lab features the US-patented EndoHold system.
The lab provides a platform for both microscopic and endoscopic ENT techniques.
A hybrid Temporal Bone Dissection Workshop was the first event held.
The lab will be used for the upcoming SEOCON 2025 international conference.
