Mahabubabad Police Recover 2,027 Phones Through CEIR Portal

Mahabubabad police have found 2,027 phones that people lost or that were stolen.

They used a system called the Central Equipment Identity Register, or CEIR.

This system helps police block missing phones and find them using technical information.

On Tuesday, police returned 77 phones to their owners.

The owners thanked the police for helping them.

Police said people should report a missing phone immediately.

They should give the police the phone’s IMEI number and mobile number.

Police said they will continue using technology to recover more phones.
