FIFA says there is a "concerted and ongoing effort" to weaken Infantino's leadership.

FIFA says anyone who disagrees must follow the organization's fair rules.

The warning came after a big money plan did not work.

Infantino wanted to raise about $4.2 billion by selling part of the rights to the World Cup and other tournaments.

All 55 European soccer nations said they would refuse to play in FIFA competitions, including the Women's World Cup in Brazil, unless the plan was dropped.

Infantino's senior advisor, Carlos Cordeiro, quit in protest and said the plan was "mortgaging football's future."

So now there is a big argument about whether Infantino should keep leading FIFA.
