Canadian Animated Rock Comedy ‘Gone To Hell’ Sets October Debut
“Gone To Hell” is a cartoon about a famous rock band.
During a concert, the band is crushed by its own stage mascot.
Their bodies are still alive on Earth, so they are not truly dead.
This creates a special rule called the Coma Clause.
The rule lets them stay connected to Hell while they are in comas.
The band must get to the gates of Hell before their record label stops their life support.
Hell is shown as a strange place filled with unusual, self-centered people.
The eight-episode series premieres on October 30.
Banger Films produced the show with support from several Canadian funding organizations.
Banger Films’ first animated series, “Gone To Hell,” premieres October 30 on the BangerTV YouTube channel.
The eight-episode comedy follows the fictional rock band Demon Destroyer after a stage accident sends its members to Hell.
The band members are comatose but alive, activating an underworld rule called the Coma Clause.
They must reach Hell’s gates before their record label ends their life support or remain trapped there.
Brian Peco and Craig Mailman created the series, with music composed by Robin Hatch.
