Overcrowded Ferry Breaks Mid-River in Assam; Several Missing
A boat carrying many people in Assam broke apart in the middle of a river.
Sadly, some people are missing, including students.
The boat was too full, like putting too many toys in a box.
People fell into the water, but rescuers are trying to find them.
It's a problem because the boat didn't have important safety things like life jackets.
This means it was harder for people to stay safe.
A ferry accident occurred in Nalbari district, Assam, with several people missing.
The boat was reportedly overcrowded and broke apart mid-river.
Three individuals are currently unaccounted for: students Aryan Ali and Majidul Islam, and Gafur Ali.
Rescue operations are underway by SDRF, NDRF, and local police.
The ferry lacked safety measures like life jackets.
