Bengaluru Residents Invited to Give Feedback on Ward Re-Division
Bengaluru is changing how it's divided for local government.
The government has split the city into five areas.
They're asking people to share their thoughts on how the different neighborhoods, called wards, are organized.
You can send in your feedback by writing a letter to the Urban Development Department by October 15th.
The government will then consider all the suggestions before deciding on the final ward boundaries.
This is a chance for residents to help shape how the city is run.
Karnataka government is seeking public feedback on Bengaluru's ward re-division.
The consultation follows the split of BBMP into five municipal corporations.
Citizens can submit suggestions and objections to the draft ward notification.
A Ward Re-Delineation Commission submitted its report on September 30.
The deadline for public submissions is October 15, 2025.
