USS Abraham Lincoln Docks in Thailand
The USS Abraham Lincoln, a big American warship, has arrived in Thailand.
This is a special visit because the ship and its 5,000 sailors have been away for months, helping with efforts related to the war in Iran.
Thailand is a friend of the US military, and American ships often visit.
But this time, it's different because the sailors are coming directly from a war zone and need a break.
It's a big deal because so many sailors are arriving at once.
The USS Abraham Lincoln has docked in Thailand after a prolonged deployment.
5,000 US sailors are getting their first shore leave in months.
The deployment was part of the US military effort related to the Iran war.
Thailand is a longstanding US military partner, but this visit is significant due to its scale and context.
The sailors were originally assigned to the Pacific but were redirected to the Middle East.
