Mahindra Thar Prices Increased by ₹20,000
The Mahindra Thar, a popular SUV in India, has become more expensive.
Most versions of the Thar now cost ₹20,000 more.
This price increase affects all LXT variants, whether they run on petrol or diesel, and have 2WD or 4WD.
The only version that didn't get more expensive is the AXTL 1.5 Diesel 2WD.
The reason for this price hike is that the cost of making the car has gone up, and there's inflation.
So, if you were planning to buy a Mahindra Thar, you'll need to spend a bit more now.
Additionally, Mahindra has introduced a special edition called the Thar Roxx Star Edition, priced between ₹16.85 lakh and ₹18.35 lakh, depending on the variant.
Mahindra Thar prices increased by ₹20,000 for all LXT variants.
Price hike effective immediately across petrol and diesel, 2WD and 4WD configurations.
Only the AXTL 1.5 Diesel 2WD variant remains unaffected.
Reason for the hike is increased input costs and inflation.
The Mahindra Thar continues to be a popular lifestyle off-road SUV in India.
