Kim Jong Un Visits Greenhouse Farm
Kim Jong Un, the leader of North Korea, went to see a greenhouse farm that is being built near the border with China.
He talked to the young people and soldiers working there and encouraged them.
This visit is part of a series of trips Kim has been making to different places in North Korea to check on how things are going.
These visits are important because the country is getting ready for a big meeting called the Ninth Party Congress, where they will decide on important plans for the future.
Kim Jong Un inspected a greenhouse farm construction site along the North Korea-China border.
He encouraged youths and troops working on the construction in the new year.
The visit was reported by state media KCNA on Saturday.
Kim has been making a series of visits to military and economic facilities ahead of the Ninth Party Congress.
